Across From The Ocean! Sleeps 18 ! You will be blown away by this spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom apartment located in the highly sought-after complex of Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean-view condo is perfect for a large family or group looking to stay together in one space. The unit comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests. You can also rent this unit along with other 5- and 10-bedroom properties in the complex—just ask us how! As of spring 2022, the condo has been nicely updated and refreshed. All carpeting has been removed and replaced with tile and laminate flooring throughout. The walls have been freshly painted and decorated with beautiful beach-inspired decor. All mattresses have been replaced, and many rooms now feature new bed frames. Upon arrival, guests will enter through the oversized kitchen. The kitchen offers multiple dining tables, along with plenty of dining chairs and bar stools, providing ample seating for everyone. Guests will enjoy full-sized appliances, expansive counter space, and plenty of cabinetry stocked with basic cookware and kitchen essentials. A standout feature of the kitchen is the oversized fridge and freezer—perfect for storing food and beverages for a group of 18\. The kitchen also features granite countertops, and a small balcony is accessible from the kitchen area. There are a total of five bedrooms throughout the condo. Each bedroom includes a closet, dresser, and a private full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs (no cable), and guests may use their own login credentials for streaming. The bedroom layouts and bed sizes are as follows: Bedroom 1: Two queen beds Bedroom 2: Two queen beds Bedroom 3: One king bed with access to the small balcony Bedroom 4: Two queen beds Bedroom 5 (Master): One king bed with access to the main balcony Living Room: One queen sleeper sofa All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. Starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner are also included with each reservation. A centrally located laundry and utility closet includes a full-sized washer and dryer. A half bathroom is located in the hallway for guest convenience. At the front of the condo, you will find the main living area. It features ample seating for large groups and is fully furnished, including a sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two guests. One of the highlights of the space is the wet bar, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The living room includes a large sofa, accent chairs, an entertainment center, and a TV with cable (note: no streaming capabilities). Guests also have access to the ocean-view balcony. While the view is partially obstructed by nearby buildings, the ocean is still visible. Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas is a small ocean-view complex located directly across the street from the beach. The complex offers a small outdoor pool and free parking. Guests love the convenience of being able to walk across the street to access the beach without the need to drive. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are available in the living room. As noted earlier, towels and linens are provided at no extra cost, and guests will arrive to freshly made beds and fully stocked bathrooms, including eight towels and eight washcloths. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If smoking occurs, the full security deposit will be retained. Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas does not allow boats or trailers. The property is located approximately 25 minutes from central Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach International Airport, and the famous SkyWheel. Popular nearby attractions include Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats. Please note: Parking is first come, first served. Guests will be provided with only two parking passes for this unit. Any additional vehicles must find alternative parking. The HOA strictly enforces towing, and we are unable to provide additional parking passes per HOA rules. Motorcycles, boats, and trailers are not permitted. One of the (2 beds) bedrooms was miscalculated where as we had to move the bed so the door would open. The floors were swept but not clean, our slippers and socks were black from the floors. Our freezer did not work and as a result we lost food and ice. It was never repaired. We were given a mini fridge with a tiny freezer that held a small bag of ice? The smoke alarm went off numerous times for no reason. There’s nothing like being awakened by the ear piercing sound of a smoke alarm. ##### Wayne F. Large spacious dining room and den area. Really really nice. I enjoy the master bedroom.But I don’t recommend it because even though it says sleeps 18, there’s only two parking spaces. And there are no overnight places to park in North Myrtle Beach.It sleeps 18 we only took 15 people seven children 8 adults. Plenty of room, but we couldn’t get them into two vehicles. So each day we would have to drive 21 minutes to the pavilion parking to get the car and bring it back and then we would have to pay for parking next-door. It was two trips a day because he had to at least take the car out at least once. It was a disaster.It’s a great place and when I called, they said it was only for two families. I don’t think they can rent this place out because of the price for maybe eight people. But there’s only two parking spaces and they have someone downstairs enforcing this as well. So beware. Please call them and check but there’s only two parking spaces so unless you’ve got two cars only it’s not good. But otherwise it’s a very very good place for the price you get. ##### Glenn H. This was the first time we ever had to call the police. The occupants of the adjoining condo were a group of immature unsupervised teammates who tried to break down the door connecting the condos on our first night at midnight. They continued their immature behavior by throwing food, chairs, and various other items in the pool. And on our last night they managed to get stuck in the e!evator and and the fire department had to get them out disabling the elevator for anyone else to use. We got to town, asked if it was ready for an early check-in. We could call back in an hour to see if it was ready. We called back, they said that there was maintenance in the room and that they had to check to see if it was ready and I needed to call back in a half hour. They said that maintenance was still in there, but we could come in. They needed to replace some drawers in the refrigerator. At this time it was already 3:30\. We got there at 3:45 and maintenance was not there. We looked at the refrigerator first, there were two cracked drawers inside and one shelf and drawer missing. In the part where the drawers go there was some type of residue on the bottom. Some of the door shelves were missing and the bottom of one was cracked. We also saw the fans in two rooms that seemed like they were going to fall from the ceiling. Three of the tub faucets were leaking and when you turn on the water you can’t tell if it’s hot or cold until you turn it on. The oven inside was not clean. The stove top was not clean. In drawers with silverware there were screws and tops to lamps. The silverware,pots,pans were dirty. The coffee maker had coffee grounds still in it. We were not able to put all of our food in the refrigerator and freezer, because of the shelving. Ate out nothing clean. None of the hairdryers worked. Internet out. Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2023 ### 8/10 Good #### Michael R. 9 Sept 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### Law enforcement golf trip The location was great to where we were playing golf and we loved how every room had its own bathroom. A couple things that we didn’t like was one of the homeowners that I guess lives there full time was really rude, and next was the floors were filthy in the condo.
