Enclosed pool. Pinnacle 101 is a conveniently located 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront vacation rental in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private balcony (not oceanfront). The master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV. There is a tub and shower combination in the 2nd bath. This oceanfront condo comes equipped with a washer/dryer, living area with TV, and an oceanfront balcony with outdoor furniture. The dining area has a table and chairs plus an ocean view. The full kitchen has all of your basic cookware, utensils, plates, etc. There is a coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Pinnacle has an enclosed pool, free WIFI, and free parking with an overflow parking. Pets are not allowed by guests. This is a non-smoking property. Motorcycles are allowed but must park in the overflow parking lot across the street. 2 parking passes provided. Families only. No student groups. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in. Pinnacle's location serves as a great starting point for tourists. The beach walk from the room was very important as we had our parents with mobile difficulties. The room and balcony was beautiful. The balcony creates the illusion of being on the beach because it's not a high-rise. We absolutely love the pool. Which has a 8ft depth. Most pool don't posses those depths due to liability exposure. The unit itself was clean and the location was perfect. With little kids it only took 3 minutes to get to the beach and back (which is necessary when you're lugging all the beach supplies and lunches). It also made it super easy to take our younger child back for naps without the whole family having to end our beach day. I was nervous about the check in process because the communication ahead of time seemed really strict but our unit was ready early, we got a text, and check in was so easy and quick. This rental is definitely on our list to revisit for a nice quiet relaxing beach vacation. ##### Chris F. Right on the beach, great access to the beach, quiet, our kids loved the pool. It was also convenient to Barefoot Landing and all other fun attractions were a short ride away. The unit was immaculate and the newly re-done master bathroom was fabulous. My only tiny critique would be the frying pans…there were two, a small one and a smaller one, so preparing meals for my family of 4 was a bit challenging but still doable. Other than that small thing this place was flawless in my opinion. Thank you for sharing your property with us I’m sure we will be back! ##### Susan R. Beach access if wonderful, especially for those with some difficulties. Balcony is definitely a positive. Having some things to get started such as toilet tissue, garbage bags and paper towels is a perk. Each of us had two towels and washclothes - hand towels would have been nice. There was only one dish towel and one dish cloth so we had to was those daily but having a washer and dryer made that easier. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room.
