The condo has three bedrooms and two baths with TV's in each bedroom. There is a full kitchen with plenty to cook with for light cooking. There are two bathrooms with one of the bathrooms private and attached to the oceanfront master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and entry to the oceanfront balcony. The living are also has entry to the oceanfront balcony. \*\*\*If we are booked take a look at VRBO #833009\*\*\* The property offers free WiFi, a grill, oceanfront pool, free parking, private beach walkway, and an elevator. There are 36 units in the building consisting of two and three bedrooms. It is not an overcrowded complex and the beach is normally less crowded than the other complexes with three for buildings. If this property is not available please take a look at VRBO: 1401933, 1345654, 1139977 or 833009 The oceanfront pool is open Easter to Oct. 31 each year. There is a tanning deck open year round. This building is ⭐NON-SMOKING⭐. You cannot smoke in the unit, in the hallways, on the balcony, in the parking lot, etc. \*\*\*The condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from the Saturday prior to Memorial Day weekend through the Saturday following Labor Day every year.\*\*\* ## Property amenities ### Beach - Location was perfect! This is a smaller building with only 9 floors with 4 condos per floor. There is only one elevator but we never once rode the elevator with anyone. We enjoyed staying here. The beach was not crowded like when you stay at the larger condo buildings. Our condo was clean and was well stocked with pots and pans and plates and utensils. The kitchen is a little small. We announced a late check-in and everything went very well. The condo was clean and it looked just like we expected. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, and pans, etc. one needs. It would have been nice to have at least a few empty cabinets for the food we brought we us, but it was a minor inconvenience to keep it on the counter. We could not get the TV channels on the TV in the living room, but we managed to get them on the one in the master bedroom. Again, minor inconvenience, as we did not come here to watch TV. The light in the master bathroom flickered and turned on and off on itself a few times while we were in there. We did not announce this to the management as we did not want anyone else to get into the condo while we stayed there. The lights from outside the condo (on the street side) were very strong and made sleeping in those two bedrooms difficult. Our daughter had to use an eye mask. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
