The Space
The condo has 2 spacious bedrooms- A master suite with a queen bed and en-suite bath with marble-top sink.
A second bedroom is a cozy family space with comfortable queen bed and a twin kid's bunk bed, perfect for families traveling together! A kids corner in the closet features a few toys and reading books to keep the little ones entertained!

The condo has 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower, fresh towels and essential toiletries provided at your arrival.

Each room has a flat Tv, lamps, and a ceiling fan. A tower oscillating fan is also provided during your stay.

Relax in the inviting living room complete with a 55" smart TV offering cable and access to Netflix and other streaming services.

A comfortable sofa two accent chairs, pillows, throw blankets, games and books. While all the furniture is not brand new is sturdy offering a cozy and functional environment for your stay.

As you go into the balcony you can see the beautiful ocean view and listen to the waves. For your comfort the balcony has a nice bistro table and 4 chairs.

Fully equipped kitchen all stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertop a coffee maker, and a Keurig machine and K-cups for your use are available, but if you like tea we also accommodate with tea bags. This beautiful condo has all the essentials to cook your favorite meal like pots and pans skillets, dinnerware etc.

Sea cabin offers Resort- Style amenities a large pool located in the middle of the complex. " The pool is open year-round" and a private beach access just steps away.

An umbrella and 4 beach chairs are provided during your stay,and a few beach toys. Located in the entrance closet. please ensure to leave all objects taken to the beach outside the front entrance of the condo and at time of departure please rinse them off and place them back into the closet.

Just 4 minutes down the road is the Cherry Grove Pier! Great for fishing and scenic views. Sea Cabin pier is closed until further notice.

Well known restaurants where you can find seafood and Southern comfort foods, bars. clubs. New shopping centers. Well known Golf courses.


But if you also like to explore there is a secret Island at the end of Cherry Grove "Wadies Island" it is accessible by walking, kayaking, or swimming. This is just minutes away from the condo. Here you go from a wild time to wildlife Be aware of your surroundings and protect the wildlife.
In the summer you may be able to see Loggerhead Sea turtles and bottlenose dolphins.


Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire condo during their stay.
Self check in for your convenience via smart lock. Your unique access code will be sent at time of your arrival. All communication is done through VRBO platform.
A magnetic card is provided to access the pool. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LEAVE THE MAGNETIC KEY PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. TO AVOID A FINE.

There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand before heading indoors for the day.
Guest are welcome to use the grill and picnic table located just steps away from the beach.
Parking is limited to two cars, No assign parking spots. two parking passes are provided during your stay and they need to be displayed in each vehicle to prevent the vehicle from getting towed away. PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN THE PARKING PASSES AT TIME OF DEPARTURE TO AVOID A FINE.

The laundry room is located on the first and second floor.
No Smoking No vaping in condo, balcony or hallways. HOA rules.
NO trailers, boats, no golf cart or motorcycles are allowed on the premises by renters. HOA RULES.
PEST CONTROL is the second Monday of every month, please allow the staff to do the job to keep all the unwanted guest away. It only takes a few minutes and is usually done in the morning time.
We kindly ask that decorations and furniture remain in their original positions to prevent damage and to ensure that every guest has a positive and memorable experience. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Minimum age of primary renter/designated responsible party is 25 years old.

OTHER THINGS TO
This condo is on the 3rd floor and the building has no elevators. The stairs are at both ends of the building for easiest access.
