The living room has two neutral oversized couches and a flatscreen tv and opens to the dining area. A beautiful tiled backsplash accents the kitchen which has all stainless appliances and granite counters. Theres a king-sized bed in the master suite, two double beds in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third. A large corner tub can be found in the master bathroom along with his and hers sinks. Malibu Pointe provides guests the same luxuries that can be found in 5-Star tropical resorts around the world. Enjoy fabulous amenities that include an indoor pool, large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, sun decks, and a fitness center, all just footsteps away from the beach. Well equipped, spacious, and clean. Our only issue is the proximity to ocean drive. It wasn't bad except for the jerks who feel they need to scream outside at the bar closes, or mental midgets who have to rev up their motorcycles...and I'm an avid motorcyclist. The walk to the beach was brief. The grounds were well kept. The elevators (2) are quick. Being on the 12th floor afforded a great view of the ocean as it looks right over the top of the condos between it and the beach.
