    The Space:

    Happiness is an oceanfront vacation, and the breathtaking ocean view from this twelfth-floor condo will not disappoint. This bright, coastal condo combines the familiar comforts of home with an exciting resort setting.



    Start your day right, breathing that fresh ocean air on the furnished balcony overlooking the sandy shore. There are three restaurants on the property, but if you prefer to prepare something yourself, there's a full kitchen equipped for your culinary needs. When you're ready to start the fun and games, a quick elevator ride is pretty much all it takes to have you basking near the ocean. With 18 water features on-site, there's something to suit your every mood; choose from an indoor-outdoor lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, and kiddie pools for the younger guests.



    After a full day of fun, return to your private sanctuary and throw your bathing suit in the washer/dryer for use the next day. It's time to relax on the sofa with some cable TV before heading to bed to rest up for tomorrow's adventure.

Weekend Getaway

Comfortable clean condo for our group of four. Available restaurant on site as well as a small store for snacks and amenities. Friendly, helpful staff at the desk. Clean, numerous pools and hot tubs were also enjoyed. Barefoot Landing site within a 2mile walking distance for shopping, restaurants and local activities.

Daughters 16th birthday

I brought my daughter and her 2 best friends as a surprise. We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony and the ease if access to the beach. We enjoyed ourbstay and would choose this rental again

Great beach getaway 😎

My daughter's and I have been staying here for several years now. It's a great location to shopping and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and responsive to extra needs. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen stocked. The only issue we had was cooking. Make sure you turn the fan on prior to baking. Other than this, great time. Definitely will be back due to location, price and amenities.

Pools galore

Jason at the front desk was awesome! Being that we stayed at Christmas the hotel was decorated beautifully. The pools were nice and heated and did not disappoint. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work (1221) but we had iPads so it didn’t affect our stay. We didn’t care for all the different smells of marijuana, but it is what it is. Over all we had a great stay.

Mini Trip to Myrtle Beach

We came to Myrtle Beach for my daughters birthday and we had a great time! The room was very nice just as advertised and everything was clean. The only issue is the iron, I am glad I didn't get electrocuted lol I put water in it and it starting coming out from the bottom. Everything was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this home and will also visit again.

Nice break away

Great location for NMB. Pools were nice and easy access to the beach. The little things provided (soap, coffee, creamer, paper towels) helped make it easy to feel at home. View was beautiful. Room very similar to what was shown online. Easy parking right across from the hotel. Keypad was fine (keep a pic on your phone) and elevators were quick. A few small issues were addressed immediately by text. Will definitely keep this in mind next time we visit!

Beach & Views Amazing

Condo resort grounds and buildings were very pleasing and very clean. Staff were all very friendly. Enjoyed the Sports Bar and Grille. Beach was great, and our balcony is where we spent most of our time when in the condo. Views amazing, dolphins, fishing boats, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Only thing that could be improved is the kitchen in the condo. Very dated appliances that really should be replaced. The electric burners on the stove were a bit sketchy and the fridge was all dented. Thresholds were missing on the floors. Overall, we would stay again.

Good but not perfect

Overall I would rate this a 4 out of 5. My reason for not providing a 5 as follows:The condo was located on the 12th floor and overall appearance was poor noting areas of rust and much needed paint. Interior appeared clean until you looked behind doors showing dust. Bath tub antislip tape was old and needed replacement. The rest, location, size rooms, furniture, view etc was great.

Hello, Well we had a pleasant stay at Bay Watch. The staff were all very respectful, helpful, friendly and courteous. The activities were fun, especially aqua Zumba! We really liked that there are in/outdoor heated pools, as well. We initially had an issue with the drapes which took over two weeks to fix because parts had to be ordered. Otherwise any issue ( including treating the condo for roaches) was addressed immediately. When we checked out, we left a small list of issues that will easily be addressed but we weren’t inconvenienced to the degree that we wanted people in/ out (eg laundry room light flickers and sometimes went out, etc.). So, overall enjoyable.

Great location, nice amenities, great view of the ocean...everything was fine until our last night (vacasa and the resort were notified). Our last night/last am consisted of the washing machine smoking - took the resort over 20 minutes to cone to the room- requested a change of room- never heard back- given quarters to finish our laundry....am...woke up to the refrigerator not working..and the hallway bathroom light would not turn on- front office said the manager would be calling to refund some of our money, but that has not happened yet

equipment & furnishings

The resort itself was great. The pools and lazy rivers and hot tubs were amazing! (And on the beach!) The Appartment was a little less quality than expected. No Keurig coffee maker-- I did expect one! Some lamps and clocks didn't work! The dresser in the front bedroom-- only could get one drawer open out of three! The kitchen was a little less equipped than expected and only one hot mit for the oven use was dangerous! The shower in the hall bathroom didn't work and was no hot water for the tub use either!
