Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, you’ll be just minutes from fantastic restaurants and shopping! During your stay, you’ll have the option to rent our golf cart (Waiver required) for convenient access to the beach. Golf cart rental is a separate fee of $50 a day that covers a permanent parking pass valid at all beachfront parking areas! Just load up and head out for fun in the sun!

The space
Escape to Rosemary Retreat, a thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach home in North Myrtle Beach that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Perfect for multi-family vacations, this inviting retreat offers plenty of space to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories together.

Gather around the large dining table with seating for 8, plus additional seating at the kitchen counter, making mealtime easy for everyone.

Kids will absolutely love the custom bunk room designed just for them! Featuring 2 full beds and 2 twin beds, this fun-filled space comfortably sleeps up to 6 children and creates the ultimate “kids-only” retreat they’ll be talking about long after vacation ends.

The spacious living room is the heart of the home, featuring a comfortable sectional where everyone can gather to watch movies, play board games, or unwind after a day at the beach. The cozy fireplace adds the perfect touch for relaxing evenings spent making memories with family and friends.

The primary suite boasts a king bed with a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed with direct access to a private patio. The unique Jack-and-Jill bathroom configuration allows multiple guests to prepare simultaneously with separate toilet/sink areas connected by a central shower room.

This family friendly home comes with a pack-play, highchair, games, and small activity sets for the kiddos, all included with NO EXTRA COST!

Guest access
When you pull up, you’ll find Rosemary Retreat nestled in the center of a small, private cul-de-sac—quiet, well-lit, and perfect for a relaxing stay.
There are three parking spaces available for your use: one space on the driveway and two additional spaces on the left side of the house. Please do not park in front of neighboring driveways or block the cul-de-sac.
As you make your way to the front door, a charming lamp post will light your path along the sidewalk. No keys to keep track of or fumble with—simply enter your personalized door code and step inside Rosemary Retreat, where your beach getaway begins!

Other things to note
This property is equipped with a Minut monitoring system. The system monitors indoor noise levels, occupancy patterns (party), and the presence of cigarette or marijuana smoke. It does not record conversations or audio.

Any violation of the property’s policies—including excessive noise, unauthorized parties or events, or smoking inside the home—may result in immediate action. If a violation is confirmed, local law enforcement may be contacted if necessary, your reservation may be terminated immediately, you will be required to vacate the property, and no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your stay.
