This luxe lodge,blends historical charm with modern amenities, offering a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor firepit, air conditioning, the whole home looks into
expansive gardens framed by wide verandas. Unwind in the heated outdoor spa overlooking the valley view, wander through landscaped grounds to the creek and waterfall, or gather under the stars at the fire pit with alfresco dining. Inside, a media room promises cosy movie nights, while french doors, designer furnishings, and high-end bedding create a classy yet inviting atmosphere.
Perfect for families and groups, the lodge sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 beautifully appointed luxury sized bedrooms, a private den, and a flexible library with a sofa bed. The high-spec country style kitchen is fully equipped with premium Miele and Smeg appliances, making cooking a pleasure, while spacious living areas and multiple dining zones allow for both celebration and relaxation. Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom): The luxurious king size main bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, air-conditioning unit, marble ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and private verandahs looking into stunning gardens and courtyards.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The stunning marble ensuite bathroom has two-way access and is fitted with a shower, free-standing bath, toilet, and double vanity, heated towel rack, and heat lights.
Bedroom 2: Beautifully styled king size bedroom 2 is furnished with a plush queen bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe cupboard and ensuite. Beautiful garden views.
Bathroom 2 (Ensuite): This bathroom features a bathtub, vanity, toilet and heat lights.
Bedroom 3: This stunning, king sized room features a luxurious queen bed and ensuite on the ground floor. Direct access to the garden.
Bathroom 3 (Ensuite): This bathroom features a shower, heated towel rack, heat lights, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 4/Library: The elegant library offers a multi-purpose retreat, featuring a double Koala sofa bed for added comfort and convenience, air conditioning unit, adjoining wardrobe space/private office.
Bedroom 5: The final bedroom is separate from the home and features two single beds, t.v. and air-conditioning unit. This private retreat area has a view into a peaceful bushland setting.
Laundry: The spacious laundry is equipped with a front loader washing machine, dryer, sink and an outdoor clothesline.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home and a double carport. Additional parking is available on the driveway for 4 cars.

A short, picturesque stroll from the property leads you to Gardners Falls, right at the rear boundary. For those eager to venture further, the Kondalilla National Park is just a 25-minute drive away, where you can explore rainforest trails, enjoy panoramic views, and take a refreshing dip at the swimming hole during the warmer months.

Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast and its abundant attractions at your own pace.

*Pet-friendly for 1 dog (small & non-shedding) - upon application, a $150 pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
