Relax and unwind on the wrap around patio and soak up the sounds of nature in this peaceful and tranquil setting. The property is close to town, the golf course and Baroon Pocket Dam. Enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring locally sourced products before exploring the surrounding area. Let us be your home away from home! The entrance leads you into the light filled large lounge with fireplace and French doors overlooking the patio and front garden. Next door is the dining room with sash windows and fireplace and adjacent to the full kitchen with all necessary appliances and ample storage and bench space. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with Queen bed and its own ensuite, bedroom 2 with double bed and the family bathroom. Upstairs is bedroom 3 with queen bed and bedroom 4 with double bed with an additional lounge area. The wrap around patio allows for two outdoor entertainment areas: the back for dining with access to the kitchen and the front for sitting, playing and relaxing with access to the garden. The house is beautifully well appointed and super clean.
