We chose this hotel because the chain is known for being pet friendly, and we were traveling home with our new puppy. The sink and shower and floors were covered in hair that had not been wiped down. The bed was somewhat comfortable and there was plenty of room, however, it could have definitely been cleaner. Upon checking in, I was shocked that the incidental fee was quite a bit higher than normal hotels. The staff didn’t explain anything and just went thru the check in procedures robotically. Will not stay here again.

This is a great location if one needs to be in the central North LIttle Rock Area for a few days. The breakfast is good. Coffee great. Bed is perfect. You may go through your set of towels before a cleaning day, but I simply asked the last day for a clean pair. No issues. This is our go to place when we need to "go to NLR".

The staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast lady kept a tidy breakfast area. The rooms were clean, however need updated, dinghy. Shower surround was chipped and peeling. The room door was very gapped, could see the hallway between the door and frame. The AC unit thermostat didn’t work, had to manually turn off and on.

Check in was quick although the incidental hold is 100.00 more than i paid for the room. Other than that the room was clean and smelled clean.the air conditioning worked great..beds were good but more firm than i like but wasnt too bad..we left before breakfast was open so i dont know how that was. Over all it was a great one night stay.very quiet.

Overall a lot of potential for this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend checking in online if you’re trying to save time, the front desk guy clicked his mouse a thousand times and asked me similar questions that I answered online. Shower stinks a little because the shower curtain needs changed. Older hotel, but overall not bad.

The location was convenient to all the food, stores, and close to the interstate in the event if i wanted to travel a little further out. The staff was friendly. I do wish the continental breakfast had more options but I will not complain it was still okay. Overall, my experience was well. Would definitely stay again when I visit.

very out dated not very clean. The night shift check in guy was talking on the phone with someone at the same time as trying to collect my information. I could have waited for a one on one interaction.
