"The location was ideal. Short walk to the ferry and near many fine restaurants. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were very good. We booked the "Doll House" because it was the only remaining pet-friendly room. It is SMALL and definitely over-priced for what it was. We survived for 2 nights because our Chihuahua-mix dog only weighs 11 pounds. Not sure how a couple would have done with a large dog. I think staying in the main Inn without a pet would be very nice and your experience would be much nicer."

"The shuttle people were extremely friendly and helpful. It was so nice to enjoy all the amenities the resort offered. The pool was advertised as heated, but we found it a bit cold. I think the mudslides were mediocre, not enough alcohol. The girls in the coffee shop very accommodating and pleasant. Overall we loved it and look forward to returning next year."

"Our family came to Block Island for a wedding. Finding a place for 7 adults isn’t always easy, but this house worked great for us. I wish I’d known before we left for vacation that we’d be asked to wash the linens and makeup the beds before we left so I could have brought our own. We were notified a few days before check-in, but our stay on the island was the end of a longer trip."

"This was an excellent find. I had the captain’s room and it was a very spacious and super well detailed. It is new construction so everything is immaculate. Gwen was a gem who helped us during our stay (you need to check in at the restaurant). It is only 6 rooms so book early"

"Great pet-friendly house with easy access for taking our dog down to the Great Salt Pond or over to the beaches. The deck offers all-day joy, looking out to the water, watching the activity on the Great Salt Pond with the changing of the tides, and the amazing sunsets. The owner was very responsive, much appreciated!"

"Place was spacious for our quick last minute getaway! TV in living room but there was no WiFi. Location was pretty far from town so I’d recommend renting a car. Although taxi service was pretty quick. Didn’t wait longer than 5 mins."
