When we arrived, the room were given had an issue with the air conditioning. The front desk person, Leah, took care of everything right away and gave us another room. We were so appreciative and it made our stay that much better. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were top notch and very accommodating. But, we were able to leave our bags since we had somewhere to be. Our bags were in our room when we returned, The room was spacious, updated and clean. There was a stocked mini fridge. But, left room for our own drinks/food if we wanted to add our own items. There were many restaurants & bars nearby. There is a rooftop cinema about a block away. "Everything was terrible about our stay there. It was Dirty. It had a kicked in door. It had mold on the ceiling and mold on the shower curtain. It was damp. It had a broken TV. I would not recommend anybody staying at this facility."

"Absolutely loved the gardens and the porch! Proximity to downtown Lawrence and KU campus was perfect. Loved walking to Cleo and Leo's down the streets for coffee. Will miss hearing the train now that we've gone home!"
