If heaven can be created by any human being I am sure it has been created by the maker of La Risa. Dreams usually gets realised in such an ambience. Whenever I will think of HP the first place that will come to mind is La Risa. Thanks for being there, La Risa.

This was my first time travelling to India, and being alone, I was excited but also initially a little apprehensive. The team at Kintsugi took any initial nerves away the moment I stepped foot through the door. This heritage property is an oasis of calm outside of the bustling town that is Udaipur. Within walking distance of the City Palace and lake, whilst also being far enough away that it feels like a calm retreat when needed. The staff made me feel like royalty. The breakfast and omelettes...

We liked the location and feel of the property. Staff behavior and food

Staff was extremely courteous. Good food. Extremely clean

We stayed for a night to experience the stay which was highly praised by fellow travelers on various travel sites. The rooms very small and basic, but very tastefully and traditionally done. The staff was very courteous. The hotel is very close to the fort and the market area. The traditional rajasthani food was delicious. Would highly recommend this place for everyone visiting Jaislamer. They also made very good arrangements for our travel to the Khuri dunes....

Very well-maintained heritage property at Kanatal. Nice rooms, I had an open terrace with a seating area that was my work station. The only issue was WiFi was not accessible in the rooms properly. These small improvements can make this property even better.

Everything about our 4 night stay was perfect. From our train station pick-up (even though our train was 6 hours late), the room, the food and organising a trip to the Amber Fort and Monkey Temple they couldn't have been more helpful. I've been to India a few times and this is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had here. I was travelling with my wife and teenage daughter and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. It looks amazing from the outside and is full of little...

Wow what a stay! To start, the view over the hills and the surrounding lakes are stunning complemented by the various rooftops and balconies. The pool was very relaxing, while watching the local farm animals and inhabitant birds. The icing on the cake were the homestay owners and staff. General DD is a very interesting man, and his wife Joti is an excellent host, attending to every need and running an excellent cooking class. The food we ate after that class was absolutely delicious! One of the...

This is not the Lake Palace: it is a traditional family-run hotel, with comfortable rooms, strong hot showers and good beds, set back from the lake (so you get breakfast views of the City Palace but not the lake), in a quiet area of Udaipur, yet still within easy reach of anywhere you'd wish to go. The staff were excellent, booking cars, sorting out ATM problems, and finding extra rugs in very chilly winter weather. The food is perfectly OK if you're dining in, and simple things like porridge...

I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade, overall a lovely place to stay at.

Staff wonderful. Room clean. Food great

Clean room Good staff at reception and restaurant Nice room service Wide variety of food for breakfast buffet

Staff were excellent. The rooms were average size but liked the Japanese style toilet. Bed was comfortable. Good gym but the swimming pool was under maintenance

Was one of only a very few guests and, perhapos because of this, but no complaints from me, I got absolute top treatment from the beginning. The facilities were so atmospheric, just full of the ambience of a bygone era.One staff member, Syam, must be singled out for the way he made me feel so much at home and certainly went the extra mile to ensure my stay here and experience of the real history of this whole area, the forts, havelis, the local people was an experience I will always remember....

Best budget stay, 2 min walk to main bus stand and popular attraction places such as hawa mahal, jantar mantar etc are approx 3 kms away.

Room large and clean. All as advertised!
