The cottage sits on the waters edge where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. This location is the prefect spot for fishing, boating or taking out your canoe or kayak to explore the beautiful shores of Lake Champlain or just relax. You will also be entertained by the osprey, blue herons , or kingfishers. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a full bath and an open kitchen, dining and sitting area. We are located 45 minutes from beautiful downtown Burlington Vermont and 60 minutes to Montreal, QC, Canada. Seasonal rental is an option.
