Located 50 meters from river and riverside walk, beach 900 meters. Local cafe and take away at street corner, other local eateries and bowling club within 10 minutes walk. Best location ever. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine. Timber floors throughout lounge and kitchen, carpeted bedroom. All bedrooms with built-in robes. Part of the house are traditional style, yet other parts have been updated. BEDDING All beds are new, 2 queens, 2 singles: Master bedroom - queen bed Second bedroom - queen bed Third bedroom - 2x singles THE SPACE Open plan living and dining. Large kitchen with island bench, electric cook top and oven, dishwasher, and plenty of cupboard and bench space. Down the hallway are 3 spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans. A two way bathroom features as ensuite for the master bedroom and hallway access from the other two bedrooms.
