It\`s big enough & has everything you need that you don\`t have to leave the house if you don\`t want to. Beautiful mountain air with plenty of space outside to enjoy amazing walks and family time. Bass Lake & Oakhurst our local town are just an easy car ride away. Our Mountain Manor is only 22 miles from Yosemite National Park and 4 miles from Bass Lake. We have beds that sleep up to 33 people. Mountain Manor hosts a large space perfect for visitors to Yosemite or Bass Lake. It is set in a beautiful upscale neighborhood with lots of space between neighbors, you may never see another soul while you are staying in our manor. If you are venturous and the season is right, you can walk to the end of our property to sit by our stream. Or just enjoy some quiet time spent on the porch enjoying the breeze. The smell of pine trees will make you feel like your are camping, but you\`ll be a whole lot more comfortable in nice soft beds. We are 5 minutes from Bass Lake, we have spent many wonderful afternoons and evenings on the lake. We have driven to Yosemite many times to enjoy the beauty of it ,and if you have the time we recommend you visit the sights. We are 15 minutes from town. The drive to town is lovely. The base price includes 14 people. Guests 15 and above will be charged a fee of $35 per guest per night. The home can sleep, in beds 33 people which include 4 sofa sleepers and 2 pop up queen mattresses. Please note additional fee\`s for a guest count of 14 and greater.\*\* \--- Your group of 15 or less will have access to the entire house of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, game room, and beautiful porches. The apartment with the sauna and 6th bedroom and 6th bathroom is available for bookings of 16 or more guests. \--- For groups of 16 guests or more you will need to notify me of the additional guests so we can add the additional fee since Air BnB only accounts for 16 people only on the site. \*\*Please note that Air bnb does not account for guests past 16 so there will be an additional fee we will charge directly by request for guests above 16 at a rate of $30 per guests per night. Our house manager and staff live close enough that if on site interaction or help is needed we are able to do this with ease. Our neighborhood is quiet, small, exclusive and spacious. Pine trees are every where you look. It\`s located off a major road that leads from Fresno to Yosemite. There is plenty of parking space available at our house. We have a long driveway that can hold a lot of cars and a garage and parking available out back also. We are not close to any buses or public transportation. For bookings with 16 or more - the apartment with the sauna and 6th bedroom and 6th bathroom is included with the booking. If booking has 15 or less only the main house will be included which has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. No unauthorized parties. No loud noises or outside activities after 10pm. We live in the mountains and wi-fi can be spotty at times. It works most of the time, but if it goes out on you we request patience as we have to have people from town travel up to us to get things fixed. No more guests are allowed to sleep at our home than the amount that has been approved by the host. If you use the grills, you must clean them. All dishes must be washed or in the dishwasher with it running before checking out. Please put all towels in the laundry room and a load in the washer and started as you walk out the door. No abnormal wear and tear. We expect that during your stay your group will make small messes and some small things may happen, but in general other than normal wear and tear on the home we expect to come home to our home in good condition. All garbage and food needs to be out of the house, so we don’t attract rodents. No food left on the floor. Towels should be only used for showers and baths, please don’t use towels for mud, dirt, garbage or other such things. Absolutely no smoking on our property. If the spa has to be emptied there will be an additional fee of $200 for this mis-use of the spa. Please wash before entering and understand that when you get in fully clothed the soaps come off the clothing and cause the spa water to get foamy. If the number of guests is 17 and under the apartment will be closed off for use. We love that we along with our kids and grandkids can spread out. There is room for everyone (we had a total of 16), so much for the kids to keep themselves entertained with and now the addition of the hot tub made it even more fun. Love the huge dining room table, we had great meals and great conversations sitting around that table. We had a lot of people in our party (31 staying in the home) and we all slept comfortably. Everything you could think of, the house had it stocked. There is abundant sleeping space and it’s located close to lots to do. Our group spent a lot of time in Yosemite, and found it very easy to get to and from. Our hosts were very accommodating and gracious. We can be high maintenance guests and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. The house is incredibly spacious, filled with numerous games and activities which added an element of fun to our stay. The house is located in a nice area. Being just over an hour from Yosemite was a real bonus, making day trips convenient and easy. The host was outstanding, excellent communication throughout our stay. I appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, entertaining, and peaceful getaway near Yosemite. ##### Joseph V. The wooden dining room table was especially impressive, seating all fifteen of us together. The kitchen was nicely appointed, and, unusually for vacation rentals, the knives were actually sharp. The game room and Tesla chargers were very much appreciated, and the kids enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the mornings and later evenings when the weather cooled down. Lots of places to sit inside the house, with benches and chairs and sofas everywhere. Just a really comfortable place to rest and regroup. ##### Vanessa H. The kitchen is clean, well organized and extremely well stocked with supplies (as are the bathrooms). Garage/gaming room a huge hit with all of us (10 adults, 6 kids) as was the hot tub. We enjoyed the decks and the grill. Bass lake is only a few minutes away and we swam and kayaked and enjoyed the view (get there early!) I appreciated that attention was given to our comfort - extra pillows, etc. We felt well taken care of. Easy to communicate with Keith and Stacy. ##### Michael B. This home was perfect for us! There was so much to do that we wished we’d had another day or two. We loved being able to cook and grill. Having two refrigerators was super helpful! There’s plenty of space to spread out, hang out, and plenty of sleeping arrangements. We very much enjoyed sitting around the fire pit as well as in the hot tub. The entire home was very clean. The use of multiple washers and dryers was very convenient. The host was very responsive when we had questions. My biggest actual “con” is the distance into the park. The whole area is pretty remote so it takes quite a bit of time on narrow, windy roads to get anywhere. We did have great luck with groceries and restaurants in Oakhurst. We went into Yosemite every day for three days in a row without any trouble but you definitely have to add the time in the car onto your plans. We would definitely recommend this home and we are already talking about returning for another visit! Thanks for a great trip! ##### Amy S. First of all, Keith and Stacy were very professional and easy to communicate with. They have created a very welcoming home and even provided us with a beautiful gift basket. We truly appreciated the extra love. The home is very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you need to cook for a large group of people and plenty of cups, plates and utensils. The knives were even sharp! The large island and dining table was a favorite hangout for our family. There are two refrigerators and two sets of washer and dryers. The bbq area was perfect with plenty of propane. I believe each room had its own AC or overhead fan. We also loved that each room had its own bathroom with high quality toiletries and all the paper products for the week. There is plenty of entertainment at the Manor. There are two game rooms, a hot tub, TVs with streaming and a ton of board games. But one of my favorites was just sitting on the front porch in one of four rocking chairs, enjoying the trees and birdwatching. It is about 35-40 minutes to the Mariposa Grove entrance to Yosemite and about an hour and a half to the valley. Bass Lake is also about 10-15 minutes away. Great place to rent water crafts for the day. Thank you Keith and Stacy for opening up your beautiful home and just knowing exactly what vacationers want and need. I got to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends. We were a group of 22 and all of us loved it. It’s huge, and so many fun amenities, games, nice backyard. It was the best birthday I had, all my friends loved how huge it was and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The hosts are very responsive and friendly.
