"Loved thos place. It was quiet(no kids runn8ng in the halls) and very modern and clean. It looks to be newer or updated. Loved the little nice touches. The whole staff is exemplary and friendly. The negative is the bed was way to hard (i never slept well ) and the slamming of the doors.(which i know wasnt purposely done, they just tend to slam shut) so i didnt sleep well due to that reason also. Enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave. "
"Nice, safe area. Staff are extremely nice.
I gave a 4 raring because the property Needs upgrade. No USB / USBc outlets in the room. At least invest ij new lamps that have USB charger.
We paid almost double the cost for 1 night, comparing to same hotel but further out."
"I think this hotel is a very nice value for the price you pay. Very clean and a nice room. Breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. Hot tub got hot my first night but not the second night (this may be due to the flood to come). On my second night after I left the pool area and went back to my room at 10:30 p.m. some guy barricaded himself in his room on the 3rd floor and proceeded to flood the whole hotel. We had to evacuate. Fire dept shut the hotel down and turned off power to it. ...

"This is the place to stay if you have any events going on at UD arena. Walkable to the venue. Short drive to great places to eat like Table 33, jimme 11, ghost ight coffee and old scratch pizza. That is not to say the hotel eatery is anything to ignore. Breakfast was fairly prices to other options and had an amazing cook on hand at the omelette bar. Our room was just right. Staff was very courteous to us at all times. "

"The hotel was on at best. My wife and I went on a long vacation from Arizona back east and stayed in 9 hotels all at $100 or less. We did not expect any of the hotels to be giving room service or look new and modern, but of the nine this was the second worse. The building definitely needs some TLC and upgrading, even for a budget motel it not in very good shape. The staff were friendly and helpful enough, and the breakfast was adequate with the same stuff that everyone else serves. But it was not clean even by budget hotel standards and desperately needs Maintenance and remodeling. "
