I liked everything about the hotel, We travel to N. Conway often and will be my place to stay. I have already recommended to others. Nicest hotel in the area. Our room was immaculate and the common areas as well . Our room was spacious. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast looked great. I am very impressed.

Pool was not very clean, small. If you’re booking because it has an indoor pool I would recommend booking elsewhere. Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good.

The staff was amazing in the middle of the night when my son got sick and we needed all new bedding. They were kind and quick to respond to our call.

The hotel is great! Super clean and the staff was super nice ! Breakfast is good however the line for the waffle was a 45 min wait . They should definitely add 2-3 waffle maker to the breakfast area then I would give 10 out of 10 ! But overall I would def stay in this hotel again!

The property was clean, fresh and new. Room was huge and fit my family if 6 perfectly. Pool was very nice, though the first day temperature of indoor pool was cold and felt like they were blowing cold air. Second day seemed better. Breakfast was a nice touch, though nothing really special. Great location! The price was great as well!

Did not know this is a dog friendly hotel. Was woken up at 7:00 am on a Saturday morning to a dog barking for over 30 minutes in hotel. Would have booked different hotel if we had known. People think travelling with their dogs is cute. We do not!

The breakfast options were okay but it should be in bigger area or at least two waffle makers. We had to wait on line abd then everthing else was cold. Should have had an option fir sausage and bacon.

Decided to stay in the area an extra night and booked here last minute. Very clean and nice rooms. Freezer and fridge in room, sink, dish washer, and even a bunch of plates, cups, bowls, silverware, etc. Nice location right near the outlets and other stores and restaurants. Would’ve stayed longer if we could!

Very clean, nice, and comfy stay! Just a short drive 2 min drive from everything down town and had plenty of restaurants and shopping around it. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast included every morning was a plus. Indoor pool was nice too. Would definitely recommend!

Would go out of our way to say at a home 2 home.
Excellent. Seems like they finally paid attention to the small details. Night light in bathroom, shower stall instead of tub, bar in shower to help shave your legs, blackout shade instead of curtains. Hot tea and coffee bar 24*7. Pet friendly, even accommodated us with a first floor room so it would be easier to walk out dogs. Begin to end great stay.
