"I was concerned about this being on the far end of the beach. However, it turned out to be perfect! All places you need to walk to are 10 minutes or less. Yet, it is away from all the noise. The cook-to-order breakfast is a big plus as well. Great updated rooms too. Lots of space and options. If I make any plans to return to the Puerto Plata area, I would absolutely choose this property."

"I booked New Garden for 2 nights because I misread my arrival date and my other hotel was full. It is actually a nice place, the rooms are a bit off the street so it’s pretty quiet. Now, it is not for children, but what of Sosua is. Keep that in mind. Rooms are basic but large and adequate. Staff are amazing! Front desk, security, restaurant/bar. Everyone was very very nice! "

"The communication was perfect. Very clean, 2 tvs one in living room, one in bedroom. 2 balconies. 2 free big jugs of water. Everything was better than I expected. "

"Room was spacey and very clean. Had a coffee maker but no coffee😂. The balcony faces the street and sun wakes you up early but I love a sun alarm. Street noise at night on the balcony not so bad but it starts early in the morning which I don’t like. Expect a sales speech"
