"Muy bello lugar, nunca había visitado esta área del país y me encanto. Solo un pequeño inconveniente a la hora del check-in , un pequeño mal entendido con el tema de las habitaciones/igloo , la cual me dieron uno equivocado, pero después de eso , me encanto el lugar , super limpio, seguro, buna comida cada iglú tiene su propio router de wifi y super chulo."

"We had a wonderful stay at Punta Rucia Lodge. The food was excellent, and the views and beach were absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the bed, which was quite hard, and the pillows were too flat for my liking. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the lodge for its beautiful location, great food, and friendly staff."

"El hotel es muy bonito, pero le falta un mejor servicio. La habitación no tenía jabón para lavar las manos, y una silla del balcón estaba quebrada, si uno se sentaba, se rompía. Pedimos que nos corrigieran estas dos deficiencias y, a pesar de comunicarlo dos veces, en más de 4 horas, no lo corrigieron. Una tercera llamada, muy molesta, hizo que finalmente lo corrigieran. El restaurante Aguaji, premiado entre los mejores de América Latina, tiene un menú de degustación muy desequilibrado: contamos con 10 carbohidratos, poca proteína y casi nada de verduras. Esa noche tuvimos problemas estomacales. ¡No lo recomendamos!"

"We had such an amazing stay at Sosúa by the Sea! If you’re looking for a peaceful, family-friendly hotel where you can truly relax, this is the place. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere is so calm. I personally loved that there wasn’t a loud club on the property—it made it easy to unwind and enjoy quality time with my family. I want to give a huge thank you to Randy at the bar. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His customer service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Another special thank you to Juan, who went above and beyond by decorating both of our rooms with balloons—one for my son’s birthday and one for my fiancé’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful surprise that made both celebrations feel extra special. The restaurant staff also deserves recognition. They surprised us with a personalized birthday cake, and both the staff and fellow guests sang Happy Birthday. It was such a heartfelt moment that we’ll never forget. The kindness and effort everyone put into making our family feel celebrated meant so much to us. From the beautiful scenery to the outstanding hospitality, our experience exceeded our expectations. We made wonderful memories here and will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone at Sosúa by the Sea for making our trip so special! ❤️"
