The staff were all wonderful at checking. The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful! Best night sleep we have had in a long time.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,602 reviews)
The number one thing that was confusing was the elevators. The parking garage needs more exit signs. Staff were reluctant to help with things aside from the manager who was super helpful. The room was nice but the shower had hair on the floor that wasn’t ours. Beds were comfy. Room was spacious with a full kitchen and in unit laundry. We liked the outdoor hot tub. It was a mixed experience.
