The house was big enough for us 4 couples to spend 5 incredible days just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Charleston. The living room, the dining room, and the kitchen were all big enough for our whole group to hang out. The bedrooms were large enough for everyone to feel comfortable in their own space. The 4 bathrooms made it easy for us all to get ready, and we never ran out of hot water. Then there was the outside. The neighborhood felt safe. There was plenty of parking for our 4 cars. The backyard was well fenced. We had small dogs and there werent any places for them them escape. The vegetatian give the backyard a cery secluded feel. We never noticed the neighbors and i dont think they noticed us. And the pool! Perfect size for us. Loungers to lay out and catch some sun. And just a great little oasis. And the location was perfect in relation to downtown. Easy 20 minutes to the heart of downtown. Quick access to the highway for trips to surround attractions. StayDuvet made the trip easy. Like 5 hotel rooms in one! We had an amazing stay! The property was perfect for our group to come home to after a day at the beach or exploring Charleston. The kitchen was very well equipped. We also like the 2 living spaces for kids to have their own area. The toiletries were a nice bonus as well. We would definitely stay again! The dogs other reviewers mentioned were not so bad. They are let out by the neighbors around 8a.m. and bark a bit then, but they do not bark throughout the night that we noticed. Do not hesitate to book! ##### Robyn C. It was a bit noisy due to highway, train tracks, and neighboring dogs - but was sufficient for comfortable family time in evenings. A few suggested improvements - - Some of the towel racks need tightening of connections - One 'bedroom' has no closet, and no hooks; making it difficult to hang / change clothes - Backrooms could use hooks to hang clothes while showering All in all, we made it work well for families gathered. ##### Kevin S. Set up well for 10 adults! King size beds were comfortable ! Bathrooms were beautiful. Washer and dryer was so nice to have, especially on beach days! Good location, close to Airport and shopping! 30 minutes from downtown. There are dogs that occasionally barked next door but it wasn’t a big deal. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample space for us to be together or spread out throughout the house. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We stayed during a cold spell so the hot water pipes froze one night but someone came out and dethawed the pipes within a few hours of calling. The only down side was the neighbors had dogs that barked freqently at night. Otherwise, it was a nice neighborhood and there was ample parking for the four cars we brought. We could have parked one of the cars in the garage but we didn't end up using the garage. We didn't get a chance to use the off site pool but if we come again, we would definitely take advantage of those amenities.
