This place is a true standout in Wildwood, NJ, offering everything you need for a perfect beach getaway.The rooms are impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious, with a full kitchen that’s a game-changer. It’s stocked with every pot, pan, cup, and plate you could possibly need, plus a fantastic dishwasher that made cleanup a breeze. The attention to detail in the kitchen setup alone shows how much thought the owners put into making your stay comfortable.The property’s architecture is both beautiful and functional – I was genuinely impressed by the design. The outdoor showers (yes, multiple!) were a lifesaver after a day at the beach, and the pool was an absolute highlight. It ranges from 1ft to 7ft, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The pool area felt like a little oasis, and we spent hours there.Location-wise, you can’t beat it. The motel is just steps from the beach and the iconic Wildwood boardwalk, with a great diner and several restaurants nearby for when you want to eat out. For those who prefer to cook, there’s a fantastic communal area with tables, umbrellas, and a grill – perfect for a late-night BBQ with friends or family.Everything about the Ala Moana Motel screams care and quality. "The Henlopen was and always has been a great spot for us while on Rehobeth beach. You can’t get more convenient than this location! It is right on the boardwalk but far enough away from the hustle and bustle, so you have the best of both worlds. The rooms are spacious. Parking is a little tight for the hotel side… wis they had more parking options. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The ice machines aren’t very sanitary- prob my biggest complaint. And it wouldn’t normally matter but when you’re at the beach everyday, you want to keep your drinks cold. That ice is not clean enough to put into a glass, only a cooler. Overall we love it and will continue to go back!"

"Would definitely stay here again. First night our air conditioner unit was leaking terribly. Room still cold and was immediately fixed the next day. Very conveniently located, walking distance to everything. "
