"Beautiful property with great views, excellent staff. Convenient walk to town and at least one or two Quinta's (vineyards). Lovely pool and deck. Outdoor patio bar. Only not: breakfast and dinner menu pricey. But food excellent."

"Absolutely stunning views and incredibly helpful staff! The team at the desk helped me to book a last minute tour from the day. It was so sweet they would address my by name. The rooms were spacious and clean, not to mention the beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was great and there were lots of delicious options for dinner. Great place to enjoy the Duoro valley and recharge. Will be back!"

"Excelente estadia com um quarto espaçoso, pequeno almoço muito saboroso e um bom spa. No entanto, é de salientar que devido a algum tipo de falha, tanto a internet como a televisão não funcionavam e o hotel precisa seriamente de manutenção pois toda a mobília e carpetes se encontram visivelmente em mau estado."

"Location was good, difficult getting taxis between 12 - 1 (2 told us they were on lunch) - waited almost an hour as walk to steep with luggage. Staff were very kind and helpful, but also not around for 20 when we arrived. Jacuzzi was out of order. Amazing views and terrace with a pool, nice grounds, good lunch (sandwiches) and wine, rooms modern but small (it's Europe). We would stay again! Loved hotel cat!"
