"This is an original building that was on the beaches of Normandy in 1944 and before, and suffered damage from off shore gun fire from Allied Ships on the day of the assault. The building is now a quaint hotel with a family owned hotel. We enjoyed our stay as we made a visit to all that is available in the area. All provided gave us a relaxing stay."

"The hotel was very close to the ferry, staff were friendly, breakfast was worthwhile - very fresh croissants. Just to say that there are quite a lot of steep stairs if you have a large suitcase but we didnt so not a problem"

"Very handy for an overnight stay after disembarking the afternoon ferry. Clean, large comfortable bed, much better than the pictures. Quiet with view over parking below. Need to bring toiletries etc. Breakfast could be had, at a price, in cafe on ground floor. Only problem was getting in when tired. Machine said we needed to pay but thought we had done so back in UK so had to explain it all to man on phone intercom who answered only after long wait. Seems it was just a holding reservation and real payment is made at the property. Should have read the reservation details properly! Will definitely use this hotel again."
