Bar and restaurant staff was outstanding. Professional, courteous, accommodating and generally great humans. Ate at the restaurant twice and my comments about everyone I met. Especially the you man tending bar. Mike from Minnesota

overall a good hotel at a very good location. Good value for money. The hotel can get 10/10 score if they work on the improvements listed below. What's good about the hotel - Walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops. - Good view from the room. Rooms are spacious enough - Comfortable beds and pillows - Good shower (water temperature/pressure) Needs improvement - Cleanliness in the room. Found few hair on the bed and a sock. They quickly cleaned up after I informed the front desk - The restaurant in the lobby may not be open everyday making it difficult to plan - The breakfast discount was not much. Breakfast was expensive in the next hotel and was not a great value for the money - The hotel doesn't have laundry option - No extra bedding was provided

Great hotel with super friendly staff and the hot Spring pool looks like it's in a cave with a waterfall. It has other great amenities too like parking and washing machine and dryer for clothes I would highly recommend checking this place out.

I don’t think it’s worth the money i paid for 3 nights, first we check in as family of 5, but we gave us only 3 towels, the bathroom sink is leaking, the key card is not working the 3rd day. It’s just not worth it and very disappointed.😔
