Hot tub was disgustingly gross, bathtub was dirty and towels were still dirty when we checked in. AC Unit was so loud and you couldn’t turn it off cause it was so hot in the room. The people beside us were extremely loud as well. The beds were garbage as well.

Noise over head on 4 th floor thinking some one was being abused lots of terrible sounds
Police should have been called!
Hotel did nothing to take care of the issues!
