On the beach is the best part, the boardwalk is a pleasant addition. Lots of restaurants near and next to the hotel. Trolly stops outside the hotel. Not a lot of parking at the hotel but free parking t blocks over.

The staff made us feel very welcome. They made suree that we had everything we needed several times during the stay. When we did have a problem it was immediately taken care of. Even though they were remodeling it was very clean.
