"The house was amazing! We got more than the pictures gave it justice. Beautiful water view from the backyard. Nice large rooms, and big bathroom. My only suggestion is for them to get newer sheets, towels, and kitchen utensils/pots. For the amount of money spent I just would have liked nice sheets and towels and better kitchen pots. One of the sheets had burn marks. Overall my family loved the home and no one wanted to leave."

"We were three generations of women who just came for the beach. We needed a hot shower and beds. We were within a couple minutes walk to the beach--perfect for us. My mom was only there to get away from home-broken ankle in January so she doesn't walk the sand like she used to. Other reviewers mentioned the lack of transparency of the views--the highway--That highway didn't bother us one bit. We didn't hear it at night and it did not impact our enjoyment of the deck in the evening with a glass of wine. The location is back a bit from the road so we had to walk farther from parking than I'd have liked but I would still stay here again because it felt more private and secure. The owner was there and other tenants of his building. They were all friendly, polite, non intrusive and accommodating. The beach area doesn't have easy access but we used the boat ramp to get to it without too much difficulty. The water had ducks, sea gulls, pelicans, etc. The yard is fenced and large enough for our country dogs to have a bit of a run. We were close to one of our favorite cafe spots, Mudita's! Also close to the Fishing Pier. This is west OV so we did have to travel farther for most other things. I had no issues with the house or surrounding tenants. We enjoyed our usual haunts during our week and would rent here again."

"Thoughtful design, comfortable beds and linens. Plenty of space and welcoming for our dog, teenager, and elderly grandmother. Enjoyed the fenced in back yard, patio lights, quick responsive communication. Would definitely stay again if in the neighborhood."

"Because of a maintenance problem at the original house we booked, I was notified the morning of our 4:00 pm check-in that the unit was no longer available. The host offered another smaller property with fewer beds. I'm not sure what we would have done if he had not had another option.Since it was last minute, we really had no other viable option. It worked out to be fine. It was comfortable. Two of my sons slept on the couches the whole time. There were ants and a few roaches. I know that's a problem at the coast.Also, I paid the pet deposit because I thought my daughter in law was staying at the unit and the dog would be there. Instead she opted for a dog friendly hotel. I did not know this until Thursday afternoon when I arrived at the location. I requested a refund on the pet deposit, but the host did not reply to my inquiry.This is the first time I have rented a Vrbo. I would do things a little differently if I did it again."
