Doorbell on back has ability to see who comes to the door. No cameras are inside the home. HOUSE RULES: \*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. \*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time. \*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent. \*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than the maximum amount of occupants in the home at any one time (guest maximum can be found in the listing). No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to the maximum number of guests in the house, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors. \*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs. \*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. The townhome was beautiful and very clean. Check-in process was easy. It was within walking distance or a short drive to most things you would need. There was room for two cars right outside the home but more parking was available. Of note, the space is split into three levels, which I could not tell by the listing, with one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, the kitchen on the second floor, and the three other bedrooms on the third floor. I think that is important when you have family who may not be able to climb steps well. The kitchen had the basic necessities and a washer and dryer was available to you. There were enough washcloths and towels for everyone in our party. Overall, this was a beautiful stay and location. I would definitely recommend this home to others. ##### Christina B. We were coming in early for our first game and had a late game sunday. I inquired about early in late out and there was no issues extending. Great house for the group.
