This gem of a unit is a private apartment of a Beach Side home. Nothing is shared with your own parking space just outside the door. We are Pet Friendly. With a full size Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Room. We have a full size kitchen, Queen Size Bed, Queen pull out sofa, and washer/dryer. A full size bathroom with stand up luxury shower. It also has a large 65" Smart TV, high speed WiFi and Central Heat/AC. We have added a "sleeper sofa" Queen Size, for additional capacity. As is usual with these type of "beds" they are probably less comfortable than a normal bed and are more appropriate for kids. This private, cozy unit is just steps away from the beach. There are no streets to cross, just a one minute walk to some of the best beaches the Chesapeake Bay has to offer! With a private entrance and private off- street parking, we are proud to offer this to anyone traveling light who does not need an abundance of space. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Guests have a private entrance to the space. A lockbox is installed so that you may check yourself in and out. Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay. If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300 Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding or furniture Extra Charges: Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if available) Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at 10:05 AM Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting! This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. No matter how conveniently placed in proximity to the beach this unit is the unclean state of the unit and horrible communication from the property manager absolutely ruined my experience of my stay. The unit has a horrible ant problem and the managements solution was to drop off a can of raid by the door for me to take care of it myself. There was never any follow up on the condition of the unit and the state of the ant infestation. I also decided last minute to not bring my pet along for my stay and expressed this to the property manager, and they still have not given a pet fee refund. Absolutely unprofessional and not hospitable in the slightest. ##### Jack H.
