I went to Aalborg for Business and was very happy with the accomodation. The hotel was near restaurants and jogging trails. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.

Great!
Great hotel, although the walls are very thin it seems - so if you have an issue with hearing your “neighbor” on the phone or whatnot, you might want to check on that. Nice location and smack in the middle of the city, so can’t get much better if you’re looking at location.

OK for 1 night by its location
This was originally an SAS hotel. So although well appointed it is not the best radiasson and is a bit functional. OK for v short stay due to its central location.

The room faced the main nightlife street. Drunks yelling and screaming until 7:30 am. Extremely loud. When mentioned to the receptionist they just said “yeah, it’s the weekend” Would have been nice to have been informed that sleep is impossible. Because… weekend

The hotel was really well located for walking/hiking the riverside paths and old town Aalborg, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was really good, with an ample variety of tasty items, and plenty of seating in the morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was definitely a part of a great impression of the city of Aalborg!

The location is fantastic and close to everything you want to do in Aalborg. The staff is outstanding...very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great...a large variety of choice on what to eat and very tasty!

Overnight stop over
Felt this hotel is a bit tired and in need of some refurbishment. Arrived on a Sunday so no on site food available. Room was okay but bin had not been emptied as there was a banana skin in it which was very off putting. This was an overnight stay on the way to Sweden so met our needs but only just. Area around is very scenic but just be aware that most decent restaurants are closed on a Sunday. We ended up eating in a glorified burger bar.

A little disappointing stay
We got a room right next to the party street and it was extremely noisy until 5.30am and basically ruined our sleep. Moreover, the shower had a low standard, breakfast was almost according to expectations, the room and hotel itself was nice.

Not a four star
It is a very old hotel which needs a significant renovation. The weaknesses cannot be covered by just a painting or nice crews! Bad smell from bathroom, no ventilation at the room, old wc and shower... And one common problem, we reserve for three but at the reception asking payment for the third bed for 8 years child!

Beds were too soft, but otherwise fine
The hotel is centrally located and the service is excellent. Great breakfast.Parking garage was full and we had to use offsite expensive parking. The only negative were the beds. Too soft for my taste and left me with a sore back for days.

Lower standard than expected from Radisson Blu
Far too expensive for the price of 1700sek per night due to poor comfort. No AC, impossible to sleep due to 30+ Centigrade in room and room facing the street with nearby Casino, too noisy to keep window open. Poor breakfast as no vegetables what so ever! Friendly staff at check in and who listened to our concern.

Værelserne var gammeldags og slidte. Badeværelset var betydeligt mindre end på billedet og afløbet var meget skævt, så når man badede stod man med en fod højere end den anden. Der var meget varmt og når man åbnede vinduet var der meget larm. Til buffeb skulle man have handsker på, men det var ikke alle der kunne finde ud af det og de udenlandske tjenere sagde ikke noget til det. Vi fortalte det til receptionisten, som dog ville gå videre med det.

The staffs were extremely quick in responding to any request made. When the shower was luke-warm, plumber was sent right away. When I needed a taxi, it was arranged right away. Perfect service!

There was nothing that was incredible. Front desk folks were very nice and assisted with directions and recommendations. The rooms had one skimpy bath towel only and it wouldn't even fit me when I was 10. Terrible towels.
