Sowohl eine Bushaltestelle als auch ein Bäcker sowie ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt sind direkt um die Ecke. Außerdem ist man durch den Garten nahezu direkt am Strand und kann am Strand entlang bis zum Ortskern laufen. Bei der Lage der Wohnung sollte man allerdings beachten, dass die Inselbusse abends nicht lange fahren und man sich somit auf einen ca. 30 minütigen Fußweg ins Zentrum einstellen muss (Alternative: Fahrrad).
