A special mention goes to the lovely lady at the host check‑in desk for the included breakfast. Her warmth and friendliness each morning made us feel right at home and set such a positive tone for the day. I also want to extend heartfelt thanks to Sara, who noticed from my husband’s passport that it was his birthday. She went above and beyond by arranging a thoughtful birthday greeting and a delicious dessert delivered to our room. It was such a memorable and personal touch. And finally, Morena deserves recognition for her kindness and professionalism during our checkout. She assisted me with purchasing the book about the hotel’s history and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and genuine care were truly appreciated. Our room was wonderfully spacious—a delightful surprise, especially since we had just come off a river cruise. It felt at least two and a half times larger than our cabin, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Overall, Park Victoria Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of it"

"We did not have breakfast at the restaurant. The location is nice. The rooms were clean. The staff are friendly. However, they made a mistake and charge me 3 times for the hotel fee instead of the 2 rooms that we booked. I have written them and waiting for their response."
