Villa Bella in the heart of Palm Beach

Over 4330 sq.ft. of modern open space in the living/dining/kitchen area, ideal for families and groups of friends. In the heart of desirable Palm Beach where you have it All!! Within a walking distance to high rise hotels, restaurants, water activities etc... High ceilings, fully airconditioned, each bedroom has its own private bathroom plus an extra half bathroom and a laundry room. Private pool and Jacuzzi and bbq area next to the patio, 2 car garage with remote controlled doors and gate.

Great Place!

First time visiting Aruba and this place was great. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and to all the restaurants/shops in Palm Beach. Mina was easy to reach and super accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great house in Aruba

Home was centrally located, rooms were large with all 4 bedrooms having ensuites. House is newer, very well maintained, has a garage if you rent a vehicle (we did). Pool was great to take off a bit of the heat. Only negatives were that the property backs onto the main road on the island and there was traffic noise. The other was that there was no toaster as we planned to do breakfast at the house and then go out for other meals. Would rate a 9 out of 10, property manager was excellent!

This property is all that is described and more!! We had older parents, teens, and tweens and this house was perfect for everyone!! It was sparkling clean, had space for all and the pool was the cherry on top! If you just want to hang out for the day, it is perfect! It is so close to restaurants and all of the beaches. Mina the property manager was fantastic!’ So kind and helpful! We will definitely be back!!

Great Home and lots of space!

The home was terrific—lots of room and privacy for guests. The pool was amazing. We had a few issues in the kitchen, but it was nothing on Mina or the property owner. If you have never been to Aruba, some things are hard to get for appliances. Aruba has been our happy place for four years now, and going back again in 2024.

Wonderful place for the whole family!

This was our family’s first trip to Aruba and this home was perfect! We had six adults and my 2 month old granddaughter. The separate apartment with the crib worked fantastic for the family with the baby! The location was excellent! Mina was so very helpful both before and during our trip! She was a wealth of information! We had a few mechanical issues while we were there but she responded promptly in getting them repaired.

We had an amazing trip from start to finish! The house was so beautiful! It was so large! There was everything there you needed! We were a short walk to the beach! The pool and the hot tub were wonderful too when we got back from dinner in the evening! Our host was the best! She was there anytime we had a question! It could’ve been any better! Perfect location. We had a car, but you don’t need one if you don’t want because everything is in walking distance. Palm Beach is the best area to be in. It was a wonderful vacation with my family! Can’t wait to go back there again! Best House choice ever!!!

At Villa Bella

We really enjoyed our family holiday at Villa Bella, the house was very clean, very comfortable beds in every room. Extra bonus apartment detached from the house, my adult son enjoyed this apartment. Our host Mina was very quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was very clean and they come to clean it every other day. We did rent a car, because we had our young granddaughter’s with us. You can walk to the beach and casino, just be very careful crossing the main road. We are planning to rent again next year. Thank you Mina for all your help.

Family Celebration
