The entire villa and pool are yours.



The Area:

Tierra del Sol is a gated resort community at the quiet north tip of Aruba, built around an 18-hole golf course with sea views and 24/7 security.



- California Lighthouse: about 3 min drive

- Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina (calm water, snorkelling): about 5 min drive

- Palm Beach and the hotel strip: about 10 min drive

- Supermarkets in Noord and Malmok: about 10 min drive

- Eagle Beach: about 15 min drive

- Oranjestad: about 20–25 min drive



On site: the clubhouse restaurant, golf course, tennis courts and spa (fees may apply). Peaceful and private, with the island's best snorkelling beaches close by.



Getting Around:

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is about 25–30 minutes by car. Taxis wait outside arrivals, and car hire desks are at the airport. A hire car is essential: Tierra del Sol is a gated community with no public bus inside and no shops within walking distance. Parking is available at the home.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering holiday home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkelling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transport, private chefs, yachts, and other holiday activities.
