The Space:

Welcome to the ultimate relaxation at our beautiful condo, a serene 2-bedroom retreat located in the vibrant district of Noord, Aruba. Perfectly designed to host up to 4 guests, this condo highlights a stunning private patio next to a sparkling shared pool, ideal for those who love outdoor leisure. Enjoy easy access to essential amenities, with utilities and taxes all included in the rental cost.



- Accommodation Details:

The condo features a master bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, alongside a second bedroom also furnished with a queen-sized bed, designed to provide restful sleep for all guests. With two full bathrooms, each equipped with modern fixtures, guests will have ample space and privacy for their comfort.



- Living Spaces:

The living area of the condo offers a spacious layout complete with cozy seating arrangements, a television for entertainment, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to catch up on work while away. Adjacent is the dining area, perfect for hosting meals with family or friends.



- Kitchen Facilities:

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen outfitted with major appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. You'll find all the cooking essentials and dining ware needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home, making dining in a delightful option.

Conveniently located just a 6-minute drive to the beach and only 1 mile from lively Palm Beach, this is the perfect spot for relaxation and adventure alike.



Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours. The lap pool, gym, beach tennis court and BBQ area are shared with other residents of the complex.



The Neighborhood:

Aruba's Life Residences is in central Noord, a short walk from the historic St. Anna Church and Aruba Glass Ceramics.



- Palm Beach and the hotel strip (restaurants, shops, nightlife): about 5 min drive

- Eagle Beach: about 8 min drive

- Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina (snorkeling): about 10 min drive

- California Lighthouse: about 12 min drive

- Supermarkets: 3–5 min drive

- Oranjestad: about 15 min drive

Getting Around:

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is about 20 minutes by car. Taxis wait outside arrivals and charge fixed fares, and car rental desks are at the airport. Free parking is on site. Arubus buses stop on the main roads in Noord and connect to Palm Beach and Oranjestad, but a rental car is the easiest way to reach the beaches and explore the island.

All utilities are INCLUDED. (Keep this in mind when comparing rentals as this cost is most often not included).



TAXES:

The following mandatory taxes are included:

- Government Tax: 12.5%

- Environmental Tax (as per Aruba tax code): $3 per night

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (4), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
