On the side of the villa there is a separate private unit with a long-term tenant, their area is fully fenced off and completely separate from the holiday home. The only possible encounter may be at the front gate.

Please note: there is a private long-term tenant living in a separate unit on the property grounds. Their area is completely independent and separated by a high fence. They do not have access to any guest spaces, neither the backyard or pool. The only moment you might briefly see them is near the front gate when entering or exiting the property.

You’ll have full and private access to the entire villa, backyard, and pool during your stay. The entrance and driveway are yours, with space to park two cars. Self check-in is available via a lockbox for your convenience.

You can contact us at any time throughout the entire process – before, during, and after your stay. We’re available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM to answer your questions and make sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable. We’re happy to share tips about the villa, the area, and the best Aruba has to offer.

✔ Utilities Included: Water and electricity are included in the reservation price. Please keep this in mind when comparing with other rental properties. Use air conditioning responsibly when not in the house.
✔ Tailored Experiences: Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM to help personalise your stay – from private chefs and in-home massages (based on availability) to local experience recommendations.
✔ Transport: A hire car is highly recommended for full convenience during your stay.
✔ Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available upon request and subject to availability (extra fee applies).
✔ Baby Gear: Cot available on request.
✔ Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs. Snorkel gear and umbrellas not included. Beach chairs must be returned to the villa after use; missing or damaged chairs incur a $75 replacement fee.
✔ Starter Kit: Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll & dish soap provided to get you started. Once these items run out, guests would need to replenish them as needed.
✔ Guestbook: Includes house rules, appliance instructions, restaurant tips, supermarket locations & happy hour favourites.
✔ Clean & Ready: Professionally cleaned before arrival and after check-out.
✔ Meet & Greet: Available upon request to make your stay even more personal.
✔ Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability (additional charges may apply).
✔ No Party Policy: Unauthorised parties are strictly prohibited and may result in a $750 fine.
✔ No Drugs Policy: Possession or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of the stay.
✔ Safety: The property is fenced and equipped with a safe.
✔ Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book your trip. This ensures immediate coverage for unexpected situations such as illness, injury, accidents, travel delays, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt your plans. Travel insurance provides peace of mind and helps protect you from financial loss related to these circumstances. Please note that without travel insurance, any losses due to emergencies will be your sole responsibility. Our cancellation policies, as outlined on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or in the case of direct bookings, will be strictly followed, and refunds will only be issued according to the applicable terms on those platforms.
✔ Payment for your booking at Signature Stays Aruba is made via bank transfer. Please note that we will send the invoice two months prior to your arrival. The invoice must be paid before check-in instructions can be shared.
✔ Private Garage: The garage is private property and not accessible to guests.
