The 3 bedrooms were fine for 3 couples. The furnishings were adequate except for kitchen items, but that was not a major issue as we did not want to prepare full meals while on vacation. The location on the golf course was very secure and quiet. We were only a short drive away from the high rise area where we would go each night for dinner, shopping, or a casino. The unit could use a few updates with paint and stucco coming off in several places, but that did not affect our stay. One issue we had was with the air-conditioner for the bedrooms. When we went to check in, Bocobay had a technician present because the unit was not cooling well. Unfortunately, even after he worked on it, the unit would not cool well even when leaving it on all day. The bedrooms were cooled mostly by leaving the doors upon and lowering the temperature of the living room A/C.It was a short walk to the pool area where we could go cool down after a day exploring the island. And some of our group were able to play a round of golf one afternoon as we cheered them on from the balcony.Communication with Bocobay staff was excellent. They would promptly email or text responses to any questions, and provided key info before and during our stay.I would have no issues with staying in this unit again trusting Bocobay addressed the A/C issue. Just make sure you rent a vehicle during your stay as most activities are a short drive away. ##### Bill R. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2025 ---
