This home has four private condos. The condo in this listing is a 2nd floor condo which offers a king size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have closets and a 43" Smart flat screen tv. The kitchen comes equipped with all stainless steal appliances including large side by side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and 5 burner range. Cabinets are stocked with all plates, glassware and utensils. Dining table allows for seating of 6. The large L shape sofa offers plenty of seating in front of the 55"inch Smart flat screen TV. Outside you will find a nice BBQ area with sink and countertop. Plenty of seating around the pool area as well. The pool is a large pool offering a shallow area for small children as well as standard area for adults. The pool also has 4 jacuzzi type jets for you pleasure

Baseball tournament

The owner was very helpful and he gave his pointers on things and the place was nice and new and if there was an issue, he corrected it as soon as possible. Hopefully when we come back, we can stay there again if we decide not to stay in a resort.

It’s important to note that this is a house with four apartments. If you are expecting an entire house for yourself, please be aware that there could be 6-10 other people sharing the pool with you, including young families. If you are seeking privacy and solitude, this may not be the right option for you.Additionally, please note that the property is located in Sabana Liber, which is not very close to the beaches. It is approximately 7 km from Eagle Beach, about a 13-minute drive.

Wonderful experience at this location!

This house is brand new and furnished with quality materials. It is very close to the high rise hotel area and beaches. The visit was enhanced by the friendly and helpful owner, Josh, who had a lot of information to share regarding the island and things to do. We especially enjoyed Netflix being offered. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!
