"The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."

Det som kunnet vært bedre var at rommet var lite, og det var dårlig ventilasjon på badet, så det ble veldig fuktig luft på rommet etter dusjing. For en leilighet i Bologna er nok dette veldig bra standard, og servicen fra verten var upåklagelig, svarte raskt på meldinger 👍"
