This place is on Bayshore Rd, 0.4 miles from the lovely Nokomis beach on Casey Key. One minute by a car or about eight minutes by walking. There are restaurants, fast food places, banks, grocery shops in a five minutes driving radius. Kayak, bike and motorboat rentals are also close by. An entrance to Legacy Trail, an 18 miles long biking and walking trail is five a minutes drive as well. Completely remodeled and contemporary furnished. There are only three condos on the property and this one is the most private. Surrendered by a nice and calm neighborhood. Enjoy your coffee from the veranda under the palm trees. Large screen tv with lot of channels and Netflix. Wi-fi. On site parking.

Beach life at it’s finest!

This property is immaculate! The beach was just a few minutes walk away. Restaurants were also within walking distance and enhanced our vacay experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful retirement trip!

The property was very nice, super clean, very comfortable, and love the close (walkable) proximity to beautiful Nokomis Beach!Property owner was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Bathroom, laundry, and kitchen all stocked very well. There were also several beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon available.Overall, a wonderful stay!

Cute and convenient

This was perfect for our weekend visit. It was close to Nokomis Beach, close to Tamiami Trail. and close to grocery and restaurants. The interior was clean and cool and had everything we needed. It was truly a five star stay!

Location was very close to everything we wanted to be near (Pop's a short walk away is great). The property is exactly as described and we had a great stay. The only issue we had at all was the internet was slow the first couple of days we were there.

Cute little house, it had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and some great shell finds. Visit Pop's while your there....a block away for some yummy fish.

Cozy paradise by the beach

The house was even better than it looks in the pictures. The inside was very clean and comfortable. We really liked the converted carport that was a covered patio. We walked to the beach every day. It's maybe a 10 minute walk across the intercoastal waterway. There are many good restaurants and some shopping nearby.

Great location, handy to the beach, restaurants, Venice. Good beds. Everything neat and tidy. Private and quiet. Well stocked kitchen. Not much more you could want in this price range. Highly recommended.

Cozy Remodeled Very clean unit

The location is great, walkable to the beach park and great restaurants.The unit fronts a busy street so small amount of traffic noise, but it was a holiday weekend. Otherwise perfect. It would not stop me from returning

Great Property

Property was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable, linens were good and kitchen was well stocked. The location is very walkable to the public beach, however when searching properties, the VRBO map looks as if this property is on the west side of the waterway (on the island), when in fact it is on the east side of the waterway (the mainland) which we discovered when we received the actual address. Excellent property, just not where we thought it would be.

clean & convenient location

This was a great unit - clean, freshly remodeled, quiet & comfy. There was a sweet treat for us when we arrived and beach chairs available too. In addition, the owner was really nice & immediately available when we needed him which gave us peace of mind. VRBO listed this property on Casey Key but it's actually on the mainland which was a little disappointing. However, the location was really convenient to a couple of restaurants and Nokomis beach in walking distance, and easy access to Tamiami Trail by car. We will look forward to staying here again!

Recent Casey Key Vacation

Easy to find VBRO! Interior very clean! For us 68 year olds, walking to the beach was not an option, no sidewalks on a busy road, difficult to carry beach gear - wished the unit had a beach wagon. Great shower, but only 1/2 of the shower head works. Very nice little kitchen, although no bakeware & coffee pot top fell off every time I poured a cup of coffee. The 'carport was full of misquotes all day. And the only other issues were the low to the floor bed in the 2nd bedroom which had a very noisy air-conditioning unit. But, my sister & I really enjoyed the 2 minute drive to the beach where there was ample free parking, great walkways to the beach and wonderful after beach-day showers. The Arbo had OK beach chairs to use & a great umbrella - Thank you!
