About this property

Super comfy cottage, close to the beach

  • Super comfy cottage with plenty of outdoor space, a relaxing patio, a screened in area, and a heated adult "kiddie" (2' x 8') pool! Perfect for couples, couples. Excellent location within a half a mile to the beach. Walk, bike or drive to the beach. Breezy, airy and bright. Newly renovated and well equipped. Private security gate. A perfect getaway.

    This is a cozy little cottage, small with a big feel. It is perfect for unwinding and being close to all that our Gulf Coast area has to offer. What we love about the area is that it has a real laid back, beachy feel. There are several beautiful beaches in the area, Siesta Key, Crescent, Venice beach, etc., but Nokomis beach is laid back, never too crowded, has nice and clean facilities, and concessions. There is also a playground across from the beach for little ones and you can even walk down to the jetty park to watch the boats come in and out of the Gulf. It is a hidden treasure and perfect for those looking for more of a laid back vibe but still close enough to Venice and Sarasota for shopping, etc.

    Bedding and linens are very comfortable. There are bikes on the property for riding to the beach. Beach chairs, coolers, etc., available for use. Less than half a mile from then beach, tiki bar/restaurants, ice cream shop and grocery. Laundry on site.

    A perfect getaway and a great place to escape winter!
