The owner was super communicative and responsive. The home is brand new, nicely decorated, comfortably furnished and has everything you need. The view out back is beautiful as it overlooks a natural lake full of wildlife. The owners even have binoculars sitting by the window for you to use. A small, modest propane grill would be appreciated for us mid-westerners who were too intimated to use the wood chip grill. We saw herons, egrets, osprey, swallow tail kites, sand hill cranes, great blue herons, all types of birds and alligators patrolling the waters regularly. This was the nicest VRBO rental in a long time , and we will happily return to this little piece of paradise Close to stores and restaurants.
