The mattress was very uncomfortable and there was a little mold in the walk-in shower. The room size and storage were great.

The staff were amazing, so helpful, friendly and willing to please. The room was clean and the bed perfect. The breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular except for the waffles. We would stay there again without any question.

Room was 2 hours late being ready for check in. False fire alarms 2 nights in a row in the middle of the night staff said it was a short. Please fix it. Circuit in room tripped 2x taking tvs out. Never had a tv trip a circuit in hotel in all of my hotel stays. Housekeeping is inconsistent sometime very early 1 day after 5pm another
Marissa at front desk is terrific and tries hard to be sure folks are having a good stay.

The room smelled like a dog which made me feel like it was not a clean environment. The bed was lumpy and the pillows smelled. I stayed there because the ratings said "exceptional". I would give it "Good" at best. The staff is VERY friendly. Sadly, I don't see myself staying there when I am back in the area (I travel here monthly).

We have been here four times already and each time the hotel got worse and worse.The prices became higher and the service worse. There are never clean towels for the pool. Since you have to beg for towels from the receptionist who is not always there and you have to look for them. Breakfast selection is very small.We arrived 20 minutes before the end of breakfast and asked for an omelette, which was already finished, but the kitchen worker told us that the omelette would take 30 minutes to prepare and he would not cook it because we arrived too late. I don’t understand why, having arrived at the time allotted for breakfast, we could not get a full breakfast.There was often no coffee in the coffee maker and each time you had to ask for it to be brewed again. There were bags of garbage in the corridors and no one was in a hurry to take them out from 6 pm until 11 am.Bags of garbage stood right next to the elevator and the cleaners walked past it from 6 pm to 11 am and didn’t even pick it up. It all gave off an unpleasant smell.After the New Year, the workers took out the air from the inflatable Santa Claus and some other New Year's decorations, and it all stood in the hall for several days along with empty cups on the armchairs in the hall.The main disappointment was that we found a huge beetle cockroach in our bathroom and told the manager about it, o6a replied that the next day someone would treat the room with bug repellent, but no one showed up. Staff very friendly. Pool to small for amount of rooms! My granddaughter and daughter unable to go into do to so full!
