Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath, canal-front home with Gulf access is the perfect place for families and friends looking to relax while staying close to everything Southwest Florida has to offer. The Getaway is just minutes from multiple Nokomis & Venice beaches and one block from Legacy Trail access.
The home features a king, queen, and two twin beds, and living-room pull out couch. Guests will find plenty of space to relax inside as well as outside in a fully fenced yard. The marvelous bathroom includes a jetted bathtub and stand-alone shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. A cozy living room offers a sofa bed, extra seating, smart TV, books, games, and entertainment. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this excellent home provides a welcoming retreat for all. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
Guests enjoy full access to the entire main private home and yard. The property includes a separate guest house/office that is occasionally accessed by the owners. The owners also maintain access to the boat dock. Your privacy inside the main house will always be respected, but you may occasionally see the owners accessing these separate areas.
