Beautiful park home in the Royal Coachman RV resort in Nokomis, FL, right next to Venice and 25 min south of downtown Sarasota. We are a 8 min drive from white sand beaches on the Gulf, and 10 min from the quaint downtown of Venice with shops and a farmers market every Saturday. The resort has the following amenities

Large heated salt water resort pool, 2 sand volleyball courts, 6 shuffle board, 4 tennis, 4 pickleball, horseshoe pits, putting green, mini golf, 2 dog parks, boat and kayak launch, next to the best bike trail in Florida ( legacy trail) and more!

Perfect spot for a group of 2-6 people to relax, enjoy some fun activities and be close to many local destination spots.

Wonderful area with plenty to do. Shopping just outside of the campground. Campground was clean and lots of big trees and shade. The Dona bay is accessible on the property. The unit itself was clean and comfortable.

Christmas vaca

We came to Florida for Christmas with family. We really enjoyed the property and the home. Everyone was very friendly and even our little dog enjoyed it all. Only downfall was no tv in the master.

AMAZING PROPERTY and Manager

This is a nice home in a beautiful, gated park community with lakes, tennis courts, game room, pool, trails etc. The home is BEAUTIFUL with EVERYTHING you need. GREAT manager. I had to extend our stay 3 different times and the manager was very nice in allowing us to do so.

It was great had some trouble getting thanks to the lady in the office that reached out to the owner

The tv in the living room was broke did not work the front door blind pretty broken up and no tv In master bedroom so with pre teens that was a bit inconvenient but all in all beautiful place and location

Wonderful retreat

We usually go to the Venice area a couple of times a year, and absolutely loved our stay here. Very comfortable and cozy. We loved the grounds. Lots to do such as walking the campground, playing pool and ping-pong in the game room, and so much more! Easy check-in, the showers were amazing with plenty of water, pressure and hot water. We will definitely stay here again.
