### Noirmoutier - Villa 8 Guests - Large Garden - Luxury

BOIS DE LA CHAISE - Close to Souzeaux and Anse Rouge beaches (500m), 2200m from shops. This recently built, high-end, two-story contemporary villa (2017) sits on 3000m² of enclosed garden with a wooded area. Beautiful landscaping. 200m² of living space for 8 people.  
  
GROUND FLOOR: A welcoming entrance hall - Beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, wine cellar under a large central island - Large separate lounge with numerous sofas, fireplace insert – firewood provided - Master suite opening onto a terrace with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), office with en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks, bathtub/shower, heated towel rail, and separate Japanese toilet - a separate Japanese toilet and a large, fully equipped laundry room opening onto a covered courtyard - Amenities: Washing machine - Dryer - Dishwasher - Flat-screen TV - Oven and microwave - Induction hob - 3 hairdryers - Television, free Wi-Fi.  
  
UPSTATION: Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (80 cm), wardrobes, desks, and large windows overlooking the garden. Bathroom with bathtub/shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer, sink, and storage. Separate Japanese toilet. A master suite with a walk-in shower, vanity with storage, towel warmer, and hairdryer, opening onto the garden.  
  
OUTSIDE: Large, fully enclosed garden with walls or hedges, planted with holm oaks, umbrella pines, and fruit trees. Private wooded area, pathways for a pétanque court, and ample parking. 60 m² terrace with plenty of garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol, as well as a comfortable lounge area under a pergola. Large covered area, bicycle storage, and barbecue. Automated lawnmower (no disturbance or noise during mowing). Pets are not allowed. Cleaning service available for €215.  
  
Optional services, not included, must be booked one month prior to arrival and are subject to availability:

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Gois passage. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbâtre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.  
Enjoy the Aquatic Park with your family. You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.  
And, the African Safari is on the road to Nantes.
