Large charming house of 130 m2, 10 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the center of Noirmoutier.
Large garden on an enclosed plot of 1000 m2 in a quiet area, with outdoor table and barbecue available, which does not overlook the street. Possibility to park with several cars on the grounds of the house.
Composed of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine upstairs:
- 1 master bedroom with private bathroom
- 1 bedroom with possibility of a double bed or two single beds
- 1 bedroom with 3 beds including a bunk bed
- 1 mezzanine upstairs with two beds
(+ possibility of 2 beds with the sofa bed)
Large garden with terrace and outdoor table.
Household linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent from the concierge service on request.
