It is made up of an equipped kitchen area with lounge area (140 cm sofa bed) and another closed sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, wc.
Located in the heart of NOIRMOUTIER, near the beaches and the town center: everything is done by bike. Free shuttle at 3 minutes (in summer).

Nous avons passé d agréables vacances, Petit logement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, bien situé, avec une jolie terrasse ! Idéal pour rejoindre, à pied, le centre ville et à vélo, les jolies plages alentours ! Garage aménagé donc pas de fenêtre dans le coin chambre, pas de penderie, pas de machine à laver le linge, poêle et barbecue très usagés. Annonce d’une maison pour 2/4 personnes inappropriée ainsi que pour une durée supérieure à quelques jours.
